Sourdough is something you learn with your hands as much as your head. In this class, we slow things down and work with dough at every stage-sticky, smooth, lively, and resting-so you can see and feel what’s happening as it comes to life. You’ll leave with a jar of bubbly starter, dough ready for its first bake, and a deeper understanding of what real sourdough looks and feels like along the way.

Awesome class! The instructor was well organized and the class was very simple each step of the way. I took my first loaf home to bake and it was a success. My family enjoyed it. I highly recommend this class!

Amy was very hospitable and welcoming with us and her property is a slice of Heaven! She truly has something very special going on her farm! My daughter and I really enjoyed the bread making class; which includes a starter for continued bread making.
Amy is a talented woman with many facets to her business. We look forward to trying other classes as well!
Thank you again, Amy for making a beautiful mother daughter day for us!

I have a dream of having a hobby farm and making everything from scratch including sourdough. I signed up for this class not knowing what to expect and was delighted with the experience. It was a hands on class that taught me the ins and outs of making sourdough from scratch. Amy was patient and didn’t rush our class, answering every question we had. I took lots of notes, made some new friends in the class and left with a sourdough starter I have lovingly named, “Blobbert Downy Jr.” I highly recommend this class, I really, “kneaded” Amy’s expertise 😊
